All APP, Website content (excluding shop-submitted content) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account (user or vendor) at any time if:
You violate these terms.
You engage in behavior harmful to the platform or other users/vendors.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Any issues between users and shops.
Losses resulting from expired, false, or misrepresented offers.
APP downtime or errors.
Use the App at your own risk.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the platform or your offers (if you're a shop).
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Tamilnadu. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamilnadu.

For Our Vendors
TERMS FOR SHOPS / VENDORS
1. Vendor Accounts
To list your business and discounts:
You must register a shop/vendor account.
You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date business and offer information.
You are solely responsible for honoring all the offers and discounts you list.
2. Listing Offers
By submitting an offer, you:
Warrant that it is valid, legal, and not misleading.
Agree to keep it updated and remove expired or inactive offers.
Authorize us to display your brand name, logo, and offer details on our platform and promotional materials.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and promotional content.
By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and use it for marketing purposes.
4. Fees and Payments (if applicable)
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms set at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
